After Voice recorded sound is not working/listening.I have tried to record my sound but after recorfing the sound can't lestening.i find the recorded voice in the users but i couldn't find in the pinnacle page.i want record my voice but its difficult for me.please try to solve the problem.

It was giving me a script error when I tried to export my video so I called customer service which hung up on me 3 times so I had to keep calling them back! And when the guy answered he had a super heavy accent so I couldnt understand anything he was saying. and he had me recite my email to him like four times and he still couldnt get it! Overall Im so glad that I only got the free trial and didnt pay for it! This site is a waste of time and money.

Problems not solved

I have had Pinnacle 14 for years no problem those days you bought it in a box, you only had to update your cameras. Then I got Pinnacle 24 Ultimate was not so bad but could not buy it in a box. Now I got Pinnacle Studio 25 Ultimate that suppose to do 4K up 8K I got problems. I have been waiting on reply to fix the problems I have been having to this all the time and you need a ticket number which is crazy just to have problem solve. I should not have any problems in the beginning if the product was setup properly. I got a Sony Professional camera that cost me a fortune to have perfect videos.

Can't get program to load

I did a system recovery on my computer and now its telling me in order to load the program I need to have a version of it already on there and thats impossible because I restored it to factory can specs

Pinnacle Studio - Ongoing Issues even after clean install
Over the past 4 months I have had no end of issues with PS23U and have had to restart my project almost a dozen times. After complying with "support instructions" that were numerous, I requested "Remote Assistance" which proved futile. Support could not fix the issue - namely, lines across video files (like an old VHS tape). I finally requested a removal of all PS23U software and a clean install. This was done and I once again commenced my project. After a while, the same issues emerged - crashing, render process freezing and once again, lines across video files. I lodged a request for support and was given the same instructions that I have been through in the past. I refused to go down that path again. I requested REMOTE ASSISTANCE and stated that I do not wish to received any more repetitive instructions that I had received over the past 4 months. Result? Another set of instructions. I requested a refund and a downgrade to PS21/22/18 or a free upgrade to PS24U - this has fallen on deaf ears. Kindy assist me in getting my point across. Many thanks. Harold

If I could rate Corel less than 1 star, I would. I have Pinnacle 23 and have continuing problems with my videos not rendering properly (audio lags video). It doesn't matter if it is a 5 minute video or 40 minute video. A call to tech support on Dec 30 led to me being told someone would call me "in a few minutes." No one did. Then days later I got email from support asking for system information and having me make changes. When I write to tell them it didn't work (or made things worse), it take 2-3 days for them to respond. Going on 3 weeks of back and forth now and it has consumed 40 hours of my time (not including the time I put in to make the project in the first place). I have a top of the line fast Samsung laptop (W10;i7; 16GB RAM; 110GB unused space). I used to use Corel all the time, and problems started when I upgraded from 17 to 23. Products and service have really gone downhill. Do not use or buy Corel. MovieMakerpro doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but at least it works.

Complaint - This is my second round

I purchased Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate since my very reliable PS U14 developed audio issues. Payment for the product was made on 2 April 2020. I began to have serious problems with PSU23 on the 13 March. I purchased a Dell XPS i7 tower with 16gb ram 512SSD 2TB hard drives solely for Video Editing. PS23U should have been flying along, so my conclusion is Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate program is unstable, an Ultimate Disaster. After one issue, another problem arose and another and another. I am still having issues with this program to date, 26 October 2020. Despite the numerous instructions I had to implement over the months, I finally received "Remote Assistance." "Support" could not resolve these issues and the program had to be completely removed and reinstalled. It worked for a few days then crashed again. Added to this, lines appeared across my video files (like an old VHS tape) and the render process stalled. I would quit the program, but then could not access it as it was running in the background. I had to restart my computer several time. I was advised to update my video drivers. No joy. Issue still unresolved. . I am currently receiving "support" if you could call it that. Support is requesting that I go through all the instructions again that I have complied with over the past 7 and a half months. I refused and requested Remote Assistance again. This was agreed to and I provided time and availability. Support did not contact me on the specified date / time on two occasions, 1pm AST today being the second time, neither was I given any update as to what is happening. PSU23 is an "ultimate flop" - a lot of users have given bad reviews. I HAVE HAD TO RESTART MY PROJECT AROUND 8 TIMES AND ONCE AGAIN, UNABLE TO CONTINUE. I am now requesting a refund with the option of loading PSU18 free of charge as a gesture of goodwill as according to the reviews, this version is stable. After version 18, all subsequent versions are faulty according to the reviews.. PS: I was compelled to download POWERDIRECTOR Video Editing Software, and it's working like a charm. I am completing my project finally while still waiting for "Support" to resolve the ongoing issues with PS23U. UPDATE: Still no communication from "support" from 24th Oct.

Thanks to PC - my Remote Assistance session happened..yay!

Dear PC team, as an update, all is good. The software is still unstable and just crashed during editing, however, hopefully their developers can fix this. Should not happen as I have a Dell XPS i7 16gb ram, 2TB HDD 512 SSD...latest bells and whistles. Bring back Version 14 I say or else support previous versions. Thanks very much and wishing all at PC a safe journey through this pandemic.

User's recommendation: Test the software Ver 24 is out now hah! Support though, is available, however if issues via Email are not resolved within 2 weeks, ask for "Remote Assistance" otherwise it could drag on for months.

Pinnacle Dazzle

The software for the Dazzle not only failed to run on Windows 10 but it his files that come up as errors and are very hard to find and remove. After 5 calls to Pinnacle and getting told off and sent to customer nonservice I finally got an answer, which I am going to address this weekend. Hoping for the best but not holding my breath. Since Correl bought Pinnacle it has gone stagnate and the customer service, to this point, has been very poor.

Pinnacle Studio ultimate collection

Bought this Software because it was recommended on line for ease of use with GOPRO Cameras. Nothing could be farther from the truth!! This software is not user friendly and the manual might as will be written in chinese! A friend who is a computer geek could not even get a simple video cropped at both ends! Tech support not available unless you want to pay ! This soft ware is hard to work with and their is no help from the company stay clear of this one. On a scale of 1-10 junk factor ....this is off the chart Junk!!!
